  • Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Many Literary Filth products are made to order, so please allow time for us to make your bookish goodies before they head your way.

    Delivery time after dispatch depends on the postal service and is separate from our processing time.

  • For now, we’re delivering to UK addresses only. We hope to expand our delivery options in the future, so watch this space.

  • UK delivery is a flat rate of £3.25 per order, added at checkout.

  • Many of our products are made to order or personalised by us. Product descriptions explain the details of each item, including materials, options and any personalisation available.

  • Some products offer personalisation, while others are available only as shown. Check the individual product listing for the options available, and please double-check your spelling and choices before placing your order.

  • If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once your order is being made or prepared for dispatch.

    Your cancellation and return rights depend on the circumstances and the type of product. Personalised or custom-made items may be excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation rights, but this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.     Please contact us with your order number and, where relevant, clear photos of the problem. We’ll look into it and work with you to put things right in line with your consumer rights.

  • Our product photos show the intended design, but small variations can occur due to materials, finishes, lighting and screen settings. Any important variations or product-specific details should be explained in the listing.
