Changed your mind?

For most standard, non-personalised products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, contact us through our Contact page or email LiteraryFilth@gmail.com, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your order.

You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to return the goods.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when cancelling because you've changed your mind.

Please take reasonable care of returned products. We may make a deduction from your refund if the goods have lost value because they have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Personalised products: The standard change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you.

However, simply making a standard product after an order is placed does not automatically make it exempt from cancellation rights.

Something wrong with your order?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

We'll work with you to arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Where goods are faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

Personalised products are still protected by your statutory consumer rights.

Returning an item

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.

Refunds

Where you validly cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the cost of the cancelled goods and the applicable standard outbound delivery charge.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery charge.

Refunds will be made using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Where goods must be returned, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of that point. If no goods need to be returned, the applicable refund deadline is 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation.

Please note that statutory cancellation exceptions may apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised. Your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.
